    It took me about 3 to 4 months start to surgery, it seemed like it took longer though, I didn't have any supervised deit like that but it just took time to schedule all the pre op testing requirements and then it was only two or three weeks wait when I scheduled the surgery. :cool: Tom

    I do pull ups, push ups and sit ups, need to start doing them regularly again though I have been slacking:o Isometrics are good for folks who are in wheelchairs or just cant get out do to physical limitations, they do work, most forms of martial arts are based on those princaples. :cool: Tom

    Hi 1 Step at a time, my surgeon had me on the pre op liquid diet to help shrink my liver however some are on it longer than two weeks to help them lose weight, but overall the main result is to shrink the liver to help the surgeon, it makes it easier for them and aids in our healing prosses...
