Actually I was given a script for a little patch that I can wear and change every couple of days. Sometimes I take meds that the doctor gave me and it helps eventually. I am pretty lucky though I don't get it that much. As the doctor for something to help you. Don't suffer when you do not have to.

I do come here for support and get and share my stories. Its wild the some people treat you as you lose weight. They either are happy and supportive or rude or ignore it. I am happy you decided to do this. You go girl!!!

I take Biotin and hair and nails and skin. I also use the biotin Shampoo and conditioner. so far so good
