hi nana i believe pat99 said it was Biotin suppliment , but check with your doctor to make sure he says you can tke it . there also a supplement called hair skin and nails , i use a topical drop called NU-HAIR its all natural and u apply it to the scalp , i used this for yrs before the surgery...

started exercising a little makes me feel quite positive , i thought i was positive before knowing how i was starting a whole new life but now it moving along even more ;-) just letting everyone know how im doing . im soooooo glad i had my surgery . much love renie

My question is , is it normal to not belch after the surgery , i have no trouble passing wind , i just havent belched since the surgery .

no its actually a shampoo , they sell it everywhere . its in a green bottle .

1 month out and still constipated is this normal , i use senacot and still having trouble .

Fructis shampoo has a a shampoo called fall fight it has biotin in it . Its a new shampoo.much love renie
