    Last meal :)

    Today is my last day I will be able to have "real food" for quite some time! Tomorrow, I begin my protein shake diet, 3 shakes a day, with fruit or sugar free flavor, for the next 2 weeks before my surgery! Its sure is getting real!

    My Doctor put me on a 1200 cal diet. Higher is protein, very low in Carbs... plus drink at least 64 ounces of water a day

    30 minute meals?

    What is "Dumping"?

    So does it mean you CANNOT eat sweets at all. Or there is just some sort of trigger the you feel, you know you have reached you limit, if you eat more... bam.. suffer time? Will I ever be able to have a bit of sweets? I realize everyone is different. I am just curious.
