well I've hit the one week mark Yay me! I'm struggling a bit with the water/fluid intake though, I'm just so bloated. Feels yucky and is keeping me from drinking as a result. The protein shakes are going down just fine, enjoying them to be honest. Starting to miss eating foods though, cooking dinner for hubby is add - it looks good but I don't really feel the urge to eat it.
On a good note, I used to find myself sitting at my desk at work struggling like the devil to not fall asleep while reading notes and being on the phone. Since I've been back to work yesterday and today - no nodding off or feeling like I can't keep my eyes open. Now that is wonderful!
I think I hoped I'd feel better in general by this point but I just feel kinda blech.
