Hello. Im 5 yrs out and have done well no probs. After this last holiday season I gained 15 lbs. Starting April, I rejoined the gym, 5days a week. started running and walk all the time. I cut out carbs, seriously am eating well and have even done the 5 day pouch test a few times. I have not lost any weight, no inches, nothing. I feel very frustrated and I don't know what to do. I drink lots of water, If I do lose a couple of lbs over drinking only liquids, if I eat a chicken breast or any protein solid, I gain the next day. Im only 5 ft so my BMI says Im overweight. Im so bummed. I change up my routine so im not doing the same thing over and over and I even change my eating but proteins only.I know I could be building muscle but come on no inches lost either and my body feels heavy also. Ive been working out all this time and I hurt all the time and am very tired. Any advice?

Go back to basics logging and measuring your food. You are eating more and more often than you realize and off the program food items. Get back to your plan and take control. We are here to offer support but in the end it's up to you.

Are you still coming here? I am having the same problem. I am eating right, measuring and am so stuck!! I am beginning to think I'm doomed to be here for ever now. What is the 5 day pouch test? Maybe I need to try that and see whats going on.
I hope your doing better.

I really hope that you plateau has shifted since writing this. If you are not losing inches the chances that you are breaking even with muscle is not likely. Not losing inches and gaining muscle would make you actually be heavier. I have to agree to break down every bite that you put in your mouth, every nibble, every graze.
