Almost 5 months out.

I'd like to share some before and after pics of me and my wife. I had the surgery nov 28. My wife had hers 6 months before me.

She's lost 76lbs. And in just over 4 months I've lost 74lbs. And this is us now.
I'm the fourth guy to the left with the convers on.

When I look back on the before pics it brings a tear to my eye. I can't even believe I looked like that at one time not long ago. My kids are so happy that they don't have fat parents anymore. What a huge difference it's made in our lives. We enjoy going shopping for clothes again. Went to the polo store and bought a few new things. I only bought a few because I know I'll probably shrink out of them. But I was in need of a few shirts for sure. Enjoy

Thank you so much. It's happened so fast that it's hard to wrap my head around it. That is in a good way. It's nice to be able to show people that are thinking about it or are fresh out of surgery what kind of results can be achieved.

Outstanding, you and you're wife are a real inspiration. Great photos and I know about the grumbling stomach, it happens at the worst times.
