7 more lbs and i'll be under 200 lbs havent been under 200 since i been about 12 y/o and i am now 47 , so this is veryyyyy big for me . i was a few lbs shy of 300 most of my life . i have an appt on 3/13 with my weight loss center , i hope i losw that 7 lbs , wish me luck .
