Do any of you remember the movie Funny Girl when she looks in the mirror and says "Hello Gorgeous!" ? I've been waking up every morning this past week saying that followed by "You can do this!" It really has been starting me in a good frame of mind, as you all know I was struggling last month and I'm giving it my all in November!

There you go again, Judy, once again knocking our socks off with your daily bits of inspiration. You rock! (and this is with a temperature and feeling under the weather to boot!!!)

Thanks! I tried to sleep but was unsuccessful. I did lie down at watched TV though. I may try to lie down again, even if I don't fall asleep the rest is good I would think.
This is one I need to look at every time I feel like eating something really unhealthy. Just looking at that fat makes me a little bit queasy.
Quite effective as a deterrent!
