Exercise

I am a week post op, so far my only exercise is walking, I am up to a mile as of yesterday. What other exercise should/could I be doing? My pain is minimal to none, so far no complications what so ever. I feel I should be doing more.
 
Walking is a great exercise. two suggestions get a pedometer and use it all day you will be surprised at how much distance you do in a day. Second get some wrist weights or small dumb bells to use while walking, good for working the upper arms and body.

Take it easy. You are only 1 week post op. You really should weight 6 weeks to do anything more strenuous. Your body is not healed yet and doing more strenuous activity puts your healing at risk. Good Luck
