Thanks! I had that one bad day, but have done awesome since then!!! I have lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks so am pretty proud of myself!!!

That's what I like to hear. I stumbled, but I got up, dusted myself off and am back on track. The only time you are a failure is when you give up and go back to the destructive behavior that got you to the point where WLS was your best option. Keep up the great work.
