Hello, nice to meet everyone! I'm going through my insurance companies procedure that are required before being approved and sent to a surgeon. I have Kaiser Insurance and so far so good. I have to loose 10 pounds before I'm done with the program. I started the program on Jan. 13, 2012 and just trying to be patient and go with the flow.

good luck!!! I had 6 months prep for highmark!!! ugh....had surgery Feb.1 2012 and the wait is worth it
