Well I have been at a stall for a few weeks and just losing slowly. I have not set a goal weight for myself as I know me and I will focus on that instead of the present moment. I did set 1 goal about a month ago to lose 100 pounds. I wanted to do it by my birthday, which was last week. It didn't happen. I didn't freak out, but was a little disappointed. This morning when I got on the scale I expected it to see the same weight. To my surprise I lost 2 pounds which brought me to my goal of 100 pound weight loss. Great things can happen when you are not paying attention. I want to continue to lose, but I am trusting my body to take me where I need to go as long as I do the work. Iliterally did the happy dance and then went to yoga. Just wanted to share some good news.
