I have completed the process....psychosocial, insurance approval, orientation, exercise, medical clearance, surgeon consultation, met weight goal and the "Date".

I will be having my gastric sleeve surgery on.......January 8, 2013. I start my liquid diet on .....January 1, 2013.

I am pumped and ready to go.
