How To Get Back To Basics

I had Gastric Bypass Surgery 3 years ago and was successful at losing 98 pds. I felt like a teenager again. This past Christmas I came down with phneumonia and was stuck bed for almost 8 weeks. It was hard to control my eating habits and I definitely couldn't exercise. I ended up putting on 28 pds. That wasn't too bad. Most people thought I was too thin. I just want to take off atleast half of that. I went to California to visit my sister. For two weeks we walked every day. I finally getting my groove back and I tore my meniscus in my knee, needing to have surgery and gaining another 10 pds. How or what do I do to get atleast 25 of these pds off. I tried just doing the protein shakes but I get headaches or I end up searching for food in the middle of the night. I'm TERRIFIED I'm going to end up 227 pds again......suggestions!!!

You've admitted that you slipped so your not in denile which is a good thing. Now just don't give up, go back to what you were doing before you slipped. And getting back into a live support group is crucial. You can't do it alone.

cheers
