Your aware that's the first step. Reaching out to others that share your struggles is great. When did you have your surgery? Do you go to a support group for wls? This can be a great source of support. Going back to basics will usually stop a behavior that you are struggling with. When I sometimes gets cravings or just want to eat more of good food, I think about the gift I have been given in having wls. I have insurance, was approved quickly, did not have complications etc. I guess what I am saying is I stay focused on gratitude which seems to work for me. Sending postive energy your way.
