Im ready to throw out my scale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found this web site to my delight. I feel so alone and could use some advise..I started out at 312 and lost 30 pounds fast the first month but im in the middle of my second month and lost only four pounds and feel like im pulling teeth to get just one pound off. I already can eat 1 cup of food. Now I dont eat perfectly all the time but when I do the weight isnt falling off of me as fast as I would like...good news is I saw all the yummy food I can buy here so next month I will easily buy over 100 dollars worth of food. Has anyone else felt like it was so hard to get the weight off even after surgery? I walk an hour a day and strive to get 70 grams of protein a day. Please tell me what a typical day looks for you..Yesterday for breakfast I had a protein shake. snack was a peach, a couple almonds and a couple pistachios, four whole grain ritz crackers with laughing cow cheese, for lunch I had a protein shake 30g pro...and snack I know shame on me 140 calories of tortilla chips and a few gummy worms sugar free. for dinner i had mashed potatoes, boiled carrots, a few bites of corn and salmon. I did lose a pound when I woke up. Any suggestions would be welcome..my email is lisaherrera1981@aol.com
