Then come back here and ask away or comment on your progress. You will find many of us responding to you who have been through it ahead of you so we can quide and encourage you as you proceed down this new path in your life.
We are here to help you and ourselves succeed. The best way to do that is to learn as much as we can from each other and to be there for anyone when needed.

Well, at least he has posted in 2019, although not since March. So he's probably not watching The Forum. There is a list of support groups on the main page, and it is set up by state. Check it out to find people from your state who have had bariatric surgery, and also if it is outdated, tell Kevin so he can remove or revise it.
