Low blood pressure an migraines

So, I have been having terrible migraines almost daily. I have always suffered migraines but the intensity has lessened in recent years. Now I am having them at least 3 days out of the week. I also am trying to go back to the gym on a cardiac rehab program and the two times I have gone my blood pressure has been really low. Has anyone experienced these problems? I don't know who I should call on this, the surgeons office, my cardiologist or my primary doctor. Heart issues are minor and just discovered two months before surgery so just looking for guidance. Thanks all

Why not call them all? I've not heard of these problems, but they sound serious. More info is better than no info.

I have suffered migraines since i was around 11 they have never really eased up but, since i had my surgery back in Feb I have had them more. I have been on 2 rounds of steroids since surgery. We all know what steroids do to the body. I have had to work out even harder just so I didn't put back any of the weight that I have lost but I haven't lost anymore yet either. I have had a bit of low blood pressure as well. I don't take anymore bp meds so that is a good thing. I would check with all of your docs just to get ahead of everything and to also have peace of mind. Good luck and let us know what the doc says.

I had headaches (not migraines) every day a few weeks after surgery it is finally getting better. I'm glad to hear your getting to see the cardo doc so soon. I hope every thing works for the best for u. Let us know what happens.

Scrapper,

How is everything going? I hope all is going well with you. I went yesterday for more injections for my migraines. They are just as bad as they were before I had surgery. I hope you got some good news from your doctors.

Thanks for checking Tillie. I had a bunch of tests run yesterday and am waiting for results. I have never had
injections before so I can't even imagine how bad yours are. I will update the board when I hear anything. Last two days have been okay. Fingers crossed. Hope they find something that helps yours.

Hey Scrapper,

Hope you get good news. I will be having an upper gi tomorrow so not looking forward to that but, if I have to I have to.

Best wishes to you and I hope your Doctors can get to the bottom of your issue.

This is very individual. However, you are doing the right thing.

My cardiologist is tickled pink that I have lost all this weight.

He cannot wait to run some more tests just to see how much I have improved.

I bought back life!
