Well I can take the 3 remaining meds I must be on. One is ans anti depressant Effexor 150 Er and I have adhd so I take a time release Adderal 20mg ER the other is my blood pressure meds. Which is great some days with out and some days I take it. The problem is my Adderal does not seem to br working properly. I open the capsules as the doc told me to, But I can tell I am not getting the full effects. Like starting and finishing projects,and multi tasking is a bit off. So I called hoping to try 30 and see if the change will help.
Anyone else have problems with meds that way?

Opening the capsules, you won't get the Extended Release that is intended.

Ask your doctor. You may be better off with regular Adderal, split into two doses per day, instead of just one dose with the ER. That way, you stay at the same dosage without having to increase it.
