if you go on you tube you can find full length walking videos. I did those just after surgery when it was to hot to get outside. I now have a spinning bike that was well worth the money. However, until you find what you are looking for try the videos on YouTube.
My wife has taught me a lot of limbering up toning exercises. Toe touches ( I get about 4 inches away from my toes right now). alternating sliding arm down opposite leg. It really is hard to describe exercises. But if you do some research there are plenty around to help you limber up and get healthy.
