Needing advice

I'm past my one year mark for gastric bypass. If there is anyone out there that is strength training, can you please provide some insight on how many calories I need to gain muscle. Or refer me to some literature that can guide me in nutrition?
 
You don't need a specific number of calories to build muscle. Follow your food plan and add muscle-building exercise. The muscle will grow and the fat will melt away in your intestinal waste. If you're trying to become a muscle builder, there are supplements for that, but ask your nutritionist about them first. If you increase your activity drastically, make sure you increase your visits to a bariatric specialist.
