hi Raedean welcome you will do fine, just follow the guidelines your dr and nutrionist tell you to do. walk as soon as you are able for it truly helps with healing and soreness, do your best to get your water and protein in, at first it's kinda hard to get it all in. there are lots of success stories on here you can read and others are always ready to offer advice and help along the way.
