Hey all! About a week and half out from surgery. Though I have a solid support system through friends, family and a local support group I feel one can never have too much support or give too much support.

You are right. The experience and the insight that each person can share can vary so..the more support he better! I will support you and hope to receive support from this site. I am 4 years out and really need to stay close to a support goup (groups). Welcome to this site. I am pleased that I decided to have the surgery- just wished I would've done it much sooner..too much wasted time.

John a welcome to this support group, i agree with you it's always great to have others whom believe in us and the surgery we have chosen to do. This room has alot to offer , with support and stories and receipes and friendly people who understand our concerns and fears and great accomplishments as we make this journey to become the healthy people that we want to be.
