I start my 2 week pre op shake diet today! And the last couple nights I not able to sleep! My mind is just so full. Has anyone taking over the counter sleeping medication while on this journey? I feel so bad for my family! I am just sooo distracted lately. I can hardly function normally. On the surface, I am not too worried about all that's happening. But I guess my mind is worried some! As always. I welcome advice! And if this plea sounds scattered. Well it is 1 am.... So I am sorry
