I weigh only once or twice a month, my next weigh in is Feb 11th at my doc's office. Keeping journals help also. Eat off your list and the correct amount. You will start losing again. Changing time of exercise. Morning will maintain your weight, so afternoon or evening is best, not to close to bedtime if it causes a energy serge. Hope to hear back and see how it's going.
