At the top of the screen ther is a button called settings on the right hand side click on that and it takes you to the page to modify settings on the left hand side there is an option for avitar click on that and upload a pick from a file for your avitar pic.
For the photo album go to "My profile" and there is an option there on the left hand side for creating a phote album, or contact ab- James and he can walk you through it.
