I'm only 18 lbs from my goal an haven't lost anything in 3 weeks. Good thing I haven't gain anything either. Still eating the same as I was an exercising the same. Walking an running. Walk 15 miles a week an run 6. I really don't know if I get in enough calories or not cause when I mention cals to my dr she says not worry about it. So I stay between 800 to 1,000. Getting in 75 grams protein a day taking my vitamins. Doing everything like I was. So upset with myself cause every time I have lost weight I get to a certain spot an stop an get so discouraged I start to gain. I don't want that to happen. So just looking for ideals on what to change to get me back going cause this not losing is cussing me to fall into a depression an that's not good. Please help!!!!
