The PB2 is amazing for those that like peanut butter but don't want the calories and fat. It is a powder you mix with water. 45 calories which is huge difference in peanut butters calorie count.

At my last appointment I was told to reduce my protein so I only get one shake a day now which seams to be hurting my workouts and progress. I am giving this a try for a month then making a follow up appointment to make sure they want me at 60 grams of protein. I seam to want to replace those calories with things like crackers and fruit. I have come to far to screw up now so I am watching the situation closely.
