hi May I ask you a few questions? I see you've lost so much weight, I had my wls surgery in sept and it worry's me that I can now eat a whole sandwich and not get sick I have lost weight and have 60 more pounds I want to loose but get worried when I eat because it used to be 2 bites and be full or just eat one egg, not two keep wondering have I stretched out my pouch? some foods still don't taste good and some still don't go down well. can eat bread if it's toasted, any suggestions? do you still drink protein shakes? I have gotten away from drinking them because donj't like the taste of them and can barely stand yougurt either. I am open to any suggestions and appreciate your time and help with these matters.
