Fortunately I never had to crush any of my meds. I"m down to 1/2 bp med daily instead of 3, 2 antidepressants, & prescription claritin, plus twice daily colace & omeprazole. And daily vits & calcium.
I'm feeling fabulous. I'm finishing up week 3 of liquid diet (1 extra week was my choice) & starting pureed on Wed. I only weigh myself once a week on Mondays. Today I'm down 27 lbs and feeling so positive about this whole process.
I haven't done as much walking as I should yet, but yesterday I did walk thru Sam's Club, up & down almost every aisle. I figure that was a pretty decent workout.
