Great news that you are doing well.
I'm following your progress as I will be a week behind you. I'm in the last few days of my pre-op diet.

How are you liking the pre op ? I’m not liking the clear Premiere protein shakes that much .Be glad tomorrow when I can go back to the chocolate.vannilla ,Cookies and cream etc they taste much better. Glad you’re doing good pre op .good luck next week

Pre-op diet is OK, just not getting full. Also, seeing the good food of the holidays isn't easy, but I am looking forward to seeing the results for next year's holiday season when I am feeling so much better and am so much smaller.

Post op and I’m getting full on one clear protein drink.And yeah seeing all that food definitely has not been easy especially today .Glad I’ll be able to have puréed turkey and mashed potatoes for Christmas at least

Been walking around the house today because it’s raining .Definitly helps with the pain .So does gas
