I'm new to this group. I'm 2.5 yrs post RNY and have gained back 25 pounds because I stopped paying attention to my health and let other goals get in my way. Now I am refocusing my attention on my health. I have learned that carbs are my weakness. A few crackers here and there and some fruit everyday have contributed to my weight gain. I know that I need carbs and hope to discover eating the best ones for myself. Any suggestions?
