Wow!! Finally made it to the post op forum

I had my RNY Monday Aug. 26th. Everything went well. Just one issue during surgery was my umbillucle hernia. It got in the way and so it took a little longer. All is well, I am home now and 4 days post op. Thank you for the support.

Hi Amy,

So glad you are gone and healing. I had a hiatal hernia and it did sort of slow thing for me too but I'm a month out now and cannot tell a difference. I do hope this will be the case for you too. I think being in your own home is such an important part for recovery. Keep up the great work and I'll look for your posts!! Take gentle care of yourself.
