    If you are post op then there is no set amount you should have lost by now since everyone is extremely different however my surgeon did tell me that the average for 6-9 weeks out was about 3-7 lbs a week.

    Seek help, eating disorders after you lose the weight are just as severe as before. Get into some counseling, go to support groups, talk to your nutritionist. Do not just accept that this is how things are now. Again seek some professional help.

    For me I know I am hungry when the room starts spinning--not good so I have been trying to eat at around the same times each day and I am now 12 weeks out and I am still really struggling with my proteins too. Its going to take some time.

    I have also heard that the body will not absorb gummy vitamins as well as a chewable one. Have your surgeon recommend some good brands for you, I take foltex which is a supplement prescribed by my surgeon (for life now) as well as a chewable adult centrum complete each day.

    Feeling a little overwhelmed

    Very normal, if your panic attacks get to bad though it never hurts to talk to your support people about it or go to some support groups to hear in person how others have delt with the before/after emotions that comes with this type of surgery.

    It depends I have seen a few people on here that didn't really have to do a preop diet, my surgeon has his patients start two weeks prior to surgery and some are longer then that.
