I'm mami of 3 kids (I'm not putting my name because I'm new & God knows how long I will be in this group or site)... I'm like my nail polish it changes every 2 weeks.
I been over weight for the past 15 years. It honestly never bother me to be over weight,but all the sudden. I started having breathing problems,asthma,back issues,knee issues. It was time for me to get my butt in gear. I decided to seek help,and I did everything possible,and still have a few more appointments to attend before my surgery day. I'm 211 pounds.. I want to be 125 pounds. I will make it. I'm very strong. My mind is set,and I'm willing to change my life for the best. Any question feel free to ask.
