I think I have a paper with a diet list. I don't think you can have mayo but cottage cheese is ok. Let me double check that.... Yes that's correct! I just double checked my list. Maybe someone else list is different.

Good luck your days away. My surgeon told me 4weeks after surgery I can exercise. I will be able to exercise as soon as surgery but arobics (might be spell wrong) lightly but nothing else.

When you see the dietition wait till she/he ask the questions then you answer then you ask million questions if you like. I say this because I hear of people that say the wrong thing gets deny,and other see the therapist,and fail. Once you made it this far. Continue positive & good luck
