    I'm Desperate for Help!

Hi Kiki, I also find the protein shakes/powder to be disgusting, so I drink Fairlife milk. It has almost as much protein as the many powders and I find it to be reasonably good. You can find it at most groceries stores and it is no more expensive than protein.

OK, you gotta help me with this pureed stage?!

The puree diet is very hard but I have been able to find ways to eat it. This Friday I will move on to the soft food, which will be better than pureed, but still not great. I really cannot offer any good advice with respect to pureed foods, it is just wrong on so many levels that find it hard...

OK, you gotta help me with this pureed stage?!

I have 14 days to go until I can bid pureed goodby, I trust I will never partake again. I am really looking forward to soft food phase as that offers you food that is in its original form factor. The pureed phase has been very difficult and find it really hard to force it down but something...

OK, you gotta help me with this pureed stage?!

I have only been on the pureed food for a couple of days now, but what is helping me is to think of it as soup and not pureed meat. I use some BBQ sauce or Taco sauce to give a flavor that is more appealing. Seasonings can also help to flavor it up and make it more palatable. Also, remember...

    Hey everyone... I'm new here!

Hi Cortney, I am scheduled to have by pass on January 6, so I am getting close. I would suggest, with regard to the gym, stay with the weight machines as they take a lot of the danger of hurting yourself out of the equation. Free weights require a spotter to assist if you cannot return the...
