    I bet you could use some small dixi cups and sizzle sticks to make some little protien pops for when you need a little somthin- somthin,the kids would like it too. I think you could sub some C.L. orange for the Orange soda and it would still taste ok.

    Hi Pats right you really got to chew chew, I didnt chew some raw carrots enough not to long ago and boy did I regreat. I started with a very small grean saled with a little raspberrie vinegerett I had a little bit of chicken thigh cut small pieces and a little bit of tomato cubed.

    I found that some times the protine shakes would make me a little sick because the sugar count was to high. One day it would be ok and the next it wasn't just take it slow and pat is right deep fried foods isn't a good idea this soon, you may get in trouble with dumping and belive me thats no fun.

    Greek spinich pie (no crust)

    Hay Pat this sounds good;I was thinking it would be fun using a cup cake pan to make single serving size's. It's a little time consuming but would look good on a plate with a little green saled on the side. You could freeze a few and pull one out to put in your lunch bag for lunch.

    Hi Hannah, I found that if I eat to much sugar before I get at least 20 gr. of Pro. I will dump still to day and I'm almost 5 years out I also had to drink the lowest suger content pro. shakes I could find to avoid that problem.Pat's right stick to your program.

    Hi wildrose my daughter had her sugery last year, she just gagged when she had to take her chewable vits, she hated the texture. She found a liqued form at the Suplements Plus store.I think you could find them at a health food store. She said they have several flavors.

    My doc wants me to get in at least 60 to 70 grams of protein a day. I can do this real easy because I love meat and cottage cheese even after 4 years. Mix some cottage cheese with your scrambled eggs. Got to watch the fat content it adds cal. to your food and you can brake 1000 real quick.
