Does anyone have any good recipes other than just eating plain old yogurt or pureed chicken for right after surgery? I am not a cook and do not have an imagination for meals. Any ideas will be appreciated! Thanks! Kelly(Chilis)

No one knows the excitement or anxiety of what is going on right now in my head except maybe a bunch of you guys, so here I am. I get to start the pre-op diet soon, but thankfully it is not protein shakes! My programs has me eating real food...no carbs and only 1200 calories. I don't remember...
