    I was horribly tired for awhile as well. It slowly improved. If on a CPAP maybe your settings need to be adjusted.

    Has anyone been told if we can eat Malt-meal?

    I was encouraged to eat Malt-o-meal by my 2rd day after surgery. They served it to me in the hospital. Some varieties have added protein, but must watch the sugar content. They also suggested I add a little powdered milk to it to increase the protein.

    I would like to know how much weight should a person be losing

    I am two months out and sitting at about a 45 pound weight loss. A new friend of mine at 3 months had loss I believe 70 pounds! I have a problem of looking at that and wonder why can't I get the eating down right to increase my loss. But then I try to tell myself, 45 pounds in 2 months is great...

    Not doing well

    I add ice to my protein shake. They wanted me to avoid protein shakes so that my nutrition was from food. You eat like we do and not need a shake. I just started a shake not quite two weeks ago and had surgery 2/15. I have a lot of trouble taking my meds to.
