Hi, I am a Vegan and if you look at the grocery store in the vegan/vegetarian sections they have vegan patties and crumbles that resemble meat but aren't and they have a lot of protein.

I think it depends as I only had to do it for 24 hours

I did the same thing and had a knot also but now everything is fine the doctor said not to worry it is healing but I do recommend a abdominal binder it helped me so much!!!
