I also have problems taking in enough Calories, I feel like to many Calories is a No No. But my nutritionist tells me take in more Calories & more liquids, sometimes I fall short on protein, but not often. So probably answers my question why I am not losing fast enough. 6 months ago 223 down to 170 now. I have had so many stalls in my journey, I feel. maybe just anxious. But I know I am losing inches faster than the weight numbers. I am down 4 sizes in clothes.
