Almost 6 months post- ways to keep losing

I also have problems taking in enough Calories, I feel like to many Calories is a No No. But my nutritionist tells me take in more Calories & more liquids, sometimes I fall short on protein, but not often. So probably answers my question why I am not losing fast enough. 6 months ago 223 down to 170 now. I have had so many stalls in my journey, I feel. maybe just anxious. But I know I am losing inches faster than the weight numbers. I am down 4 sizes in clothes.

Don't be afraid to up your calorie intake as long as you are upping it with healthy, whole foods.
 
I'm slightly frustrated as I have only lost .5 pound in 2 weeks. Im doing the mental battle of trying to up my calories but when I see no loss it makes me really reluctant to do so.
