Call me crazy!

So I started eating regular food last Friday (YAY!):cool: and I have noticed a huge improvement in the scale. Has anyone else experienced this? It seems counter intuitive to eat more and lose...Notthat I'm complaining, just a bit confused:confused:
 
If you aren't eating the number of calories to support your current weight, hon, you are going to continue losing the weight. Your body is doing just right..yay! and sounds like it's doing just fine.

Am so happy for you!.. Keep it up!
