I find this to be particularly poignant for our weight loss journey. So often, we get anxious or angry when the scale isn't moving as fast as we'd like. And then we allow ourselves to fall back into bad choices that have never and will never serve our health goals. Change your choices and you change your life.

This one really resonates with me because we don’t all have the same backgrounds, abilities, incomes, support systems, I could go on and on, but we’re here working towards a common goal-better health through WLS-and we all do the best we can with what we’ve got. Happy Saturday y’all!
