i have learned so much in the little time i have been on this sight that i am amazed ... Thanks to everyone here can wait to keep up with you all..
so s of today i am down 54 lbs i am 204 i havent been t204 in a long time with out drugs and even then it didnt last long.. you all inspire me
oh and i am in love with peanut butter.. ok ok its the o ly thing so far that gos down an stays down haha but i am trying to eat other goodies lol
and the water intake comes and goes on how much i drink but im feeling really good im not so tired any more and i actually felt hungry this week once or twice but its a start right.
