I think eggs are on the next list, for soft foods or even semi-soft, depending on your nutritionist. Of course you're right, you could puree them, maybe with a little dill, soft onions, garlic and maybe yogurt. I wonder what that would taste like. I hesitate to say you might also microwave some bacon, make sure it's really drained, then microwave it again for more fat loss. You could pulverize a crispy piece in a mortar & pestle, then add it to the egg mixture in your blender.
But you might find it too salty & your stomach may not be ready. Too bad there isn't a bacon flavoring, like the bottled extracts of vanilla, lemon, etc. Worcestershire sauce can be administered in drops, as well as mustard or ketchup or even salad dressing. But again, you're using a new stomach & it seems the general tone of food is bland.
Of course you can try these out when you move on to soft food, which should be about a month or five weeks following surgery.
Ask a professional for an opinion on this. And you might take a trip to the grocery store & stand in the baking section. You may never have noticed how many flavorings and extracts are on those shelves. And in another part of the store, you'll find packets of beef, chicken & pork gravy, pizza and spaghetti sauce, dill dressing and anything that you can imagine. Adding just 1/4 teaspoon of dried gravy mix might hype up the flavor of the turkey puree a lot.
