Okay so I have been drinking the same protein shake for the past week now and I really need to experiment. Does any one have a really great protein they recommend? Also any recipes in which I can something flavorful to protein? I am not able to do puree yet, but can do full liquids now so if there is anything that can be added to protein to give me some variety please let me know. Thank You. Hope everyone is doing well!

My newest favorite is 4 oz skim milk, 4 oz crushed ice with a scoop of chocolate unjury and a table spoon of pb2. run it through the blender it is so goo.

Next favorite cup of decaf coffee refrigerated until cold, add a scoop of vanilla unjury and some sugar free tortoni syrup (lots of flavors available)

Good luck!

Wow. I have a lot to learn. What are all these things you add.

I will have to do some research on the web. Post any info if you can.

Here is a link to amazon for the sugar free syrup. http://www.amazon.com/Torani-Sugar-...d=1390138783&sr=8-4&keywords=sugar+free+syrup. I typically buy these at Kroger because I like to switch things up a little.

The PB2 is amazing for those that like peanut butter but don't want the calories and fat. It is a powder you mix with water. 45 calories which is huge difference in peanut butters calorie count. http://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-..._1?ie=UTF8&qid=1390138968&sr=8-1&keywords=pb2

Also I follow eggface for recipes and such here is a link to her favorite protein shakes. http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2007/06/my-favorite-protein-shake-recipes.html

At my last appointment I was told to reduce my protein so I only get one shake a day now which seams to be hurting my workouts and progress. I am giving this a try for a month then making a follow up appointment to make sure they want me at 60 grams of protein. I seam to want to replace those calories with things like crackers and fruit. I have come to far to screw up now so I am watching the situation closely.

Good luck to all creating a recipe that you love.

Thank you.

I happen to love peanut butter. I always have a jar available for dipping if you know what I mean.

I haven't touched it much since operation.

Perhaps, this will afford me the opportunity to enjoy peanut butter again.
