Does anyone have a recipe for pumpkin or butternut squash soup? If not, do you know of a site where I may be able to find one that is low fat and low sodium. Thanks
Kim-Try allrecipies.com. They should have several recipes for squash and / or pumpkin soup. Just substitute low sodium broth and omit any added salt called for in the recipe.
